The Blog Post is a 1200-1600 word article written to build your authority as a market expert and knowledgable professional in your industry.
If you have set up your AgentID Site — included in your Marketing Club membership — then the blog post has already been formatted and published for you. Click here to let us know if you don’t see it.
To use the blog post on another site, download the content below as a Microsoft Word document or copy it directly to your clipboard. Then paste the content into a new post on your site.
We recommend using the below image as the featured image for the blog. You can download a “ready-made” version by clicking on the button that says “Download Image.” Or you can customize the image, colors, etc in Canva by clicking on “Customize Image.”
The Report is like a magazine article: professionally and graphically designed to be eye-catching and informative. As such, it’s a high-value piece that your clients will covet and feel inclined to share with their friends, family, and colleagues.
You can use the Report in many ways. We recommend that you attach it as a PDF to your email about the MVP to your top clients. You can also print the Report to mail it out, to include it in marketing packets to expired listings, or to giveaway during open houses or other networking events.
The file below is a zip file containing the report in PDF, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Apple Keynote versions. The Powerpoint and Keynote versions of the Report enables you to add your logo or headshot to the “Contact Us” portion.
Email a link to your new blog post to reinforce your connections’ awareness of you. The goal is to get them to click on the link to your blog post, but the email itself also shares just enough quality information that readers will get a good impression of your business expertise even if they don’t have the time to do that.
Customize the following email template with your information and blog post link. Send it from your CRM, your email marketing system, or straight from your personal email. See how to send the email in this help article.
NOTE: If this is your first time sending out an email campaign or you’re not sure that your contact will remember you, use the Reengagement Letter Email Template instead (below).
These templates could also be physical letters as well. We recommend including a printed version of the Report in lieu of trying to get your readers to visit your blog post link.
IMPORTANT: The template below offers buyer clients “Insider Access.” This is simply a custom home search setup in your MLS.

Hi {first_name},
It’s been said that the only constant in life is change. And as real estate professionals, we see evidence of that every day.
A couple’s first home is suddenly too small to accommodate their expanding family. As their children grow, they need a bigger backyard or more bedrooms. And when their kids move away, that big house can sometimes feel like a burden rather than a necessity.
If you’re about to embark on a new stage of life (or maybe it’s already arrived), it’s probably time to reevaluate your housing needs.
Fortunately, you don’t have to go through the process blindly. We have experience working with clients at every stage of life. And we know how to help you determine the home features that will enhance (or detract) from your day-to-day.
We’ve shared some of our top tips for navigating the search in our latest blog post, “Finding a New Home for Your Next Stage of Life.” You can read it here: [insert link]
And if you’re curious about what types of homes are available today within your price range, we’d be happy to send over a list of properties that match your criteria.
Simply reply to this email or give us a call to get started!
Sincerely,

P.S. If you already own a home, you could be sitting on a pile of equity. This may be the perfect time to cash out and put it towards your dream home—while locking in a historically-low mortgage rate. Ask us for a free property value assessment so you can weigh your options!

Great question!
In order to better serve you, I’m going to stay in touch and work to provide you with greater value.
My first order of business is to provide you with tools, resources, and real estate tips & advice from time to time.

Posting on social media builds your online reputation as a knowledgeable source of industry information. The more consistently you post quality info, the more the people in your market will start to recognize you as a real estate professional in their area… and eventually trust you with their business.
Facebook and Instagram are the largest social media networks today, and they are necessary components for any successful digital marketing strategy. Your clients are there, they expect you to be there, and if you’re not, it will reflect poorly on your perceived competence.
We recommend that you post at least once a week to these platforms. Click the links below to get the graphics and captions:
We recommend setting up a LinkedIn profile because the site very often ranks highly on search results for individuals, and it’s a way for prospects to evaluate your professionalism. Publishing the MVP LinkedIn article on your profile helps give prospects researching you a positive impression.

Pinterest boasts a large and engaged audience that could be a vibrant source of business… if you dedicate the time and energy to developing it as such.
We personally believe that your time is best spent on Facebook and Instagram first. Only after you’ve mastered those platforms should you consider adding others to your arsenal.

Use these scripts to reach out to your connections and remind them that you can help them with any real estate needs they or their friends might have.
There are many ways to touch base with your network with these scripts. The Direct Message Script can be modified into a voicemail that you send directly to your contacts’ inboxes using a service like SlyDial.com, or you could film a video to send over direct message. You could use the Phone Script as such, or try modifying it into a Facebook Messenger conversation.
